Quebec Ski Resorts Diversifying & Offering Unforgettable Experiences To Summer Visitors
At the dawn of a summer season that promises to be invigorating for all Quebecers, the mountains are proving to be a destination of choice for a refreshing getaway. With new features and unifying events across the province, there is no doubt that the summits of Quebec will attract families and groups of friends in search of adventure and discovery.
New on the horizon
Zip lines and aerial courses are popular in ski resorts, it is also an activity that is practiced with family as well as with friends. The Camp Fortune ski resort, in Outaouais, has inaugurated a brand new and most impressive zip line activity: the double Summit to Summit zip line will take your breath away both for its length and its breathtaking view! In the Eastern Townships, it is in Bromont, mountain of experiences that young families will be able to venture into the Hisséo obstacle course, offered new this summer.

Festivities in the heart of nature
Music and outdoor enthusiasts will have the chance to wiggle their hips to the sound of several musical events in the mountains. Among a very diversified offer in the ski resorts, there is the classic Tremblant International Blues Festival, from July 12 to 16 in the Laurentians, well established in the region since 1993. Concerts are also offered at the foot of the slopes of the Mont-Orford, during Les Échos de la montagne, a series of four concerts taking place from July 18 to August 8. For a complete immersive experience, the concerts at the top of Mont Béchervaise, in Gaspésie, on the occasion of the Festival de musique du Bout du monde, from August 10 to 13, will win over lovers of the great outdoors.
