YULLR Startup In New Hampshire, On A Mission To Revolutionize Ski Racing & Redefine How Resorts Deliver Digitally-Driven, Elevated Experiences To Guests.

A new startup is shaking up the world of alpine ski racing. Meet YULLR [yoo-ler], the next-generation video platform for racers, coaches, and teams. Co-founded by New Hampshire native Sean Doucette and serial entrepreneur Peter Zawadzki, YULLR is redefining how ski footage is captured, accessed, and analyzed—empowering athletes with instant performance insights from the slopes to the screen.
Rooted in the historic ski culture of the Northeast, YULLR was inspired by a simple mission: give ski racers and their teams seamless access to race and training footage. With real-time video delivery, run- to-run comparisons, slow-motion playback, and custom overlays, the YULLR platform turns raw video into a powerful coaching and self-improvement tool.
YULLR [yoo-ler], born in the mountains of New Hampshire, was founded by Sean Doucette and co-founder Peter Zawadzki with a mission to revolutionize how ski racers and their teams access race and practice footage. By providing seamless video access, YULLR enables racers, coaches, and their support networks to actively contribute to skill development through real-time and archived video analysis. Rooted in the historic and competitive ski culture of the Northeast, YULLR thrives in a region known for its renowned ski resorts and race programs.
Sean’s family history in skiing dates back to the 1930s when the first ski trails were cut."Growing up in the White Mountains, skiing was in my blood," said Doucette. "We saw an opportunity to modernize how footage is shared and studied—giving every racer a chance to learn, improve, and excel."
Zawadzki, whose previous startup DriveShare was acquired by Hagerty, brings product and tech experience from companies like AG1, Camping World, and Techstars. "We’re building more than just a video service," he added. "We’re building a smarter, more connected interactive ski ecosystem."
From Local Roots to Regional Momentum
This season, YULLR has captured over 30,000 individual ski runs and amassed more than 300 hours of footage, helping clubs, families, and athletes revisit and improve every moment on the hill. The technology is already in use at two storied New Hampshire resorts—Cranmore Mountain, the birthplace of modern ski instruction, and Waterville Valley, home to one of the nation’s top racing programs and the birthplace of freestyle skiing. YULLR is actively expanding, with additional partnerships underway across New England.
The platform allows users to access their footage, compare runs, and view videos in near real time. Features like playback speed adjustment, video overlays for form comparison, and “Frost Line” visualization to analyze technique.
YULLR’s journey began with two strategic partnerships. Cranmore Mountain, in North Conway, New Hampshire, holds a unique place in American ski history as the birthplace of modern ski instruction. Waterville Valley, home to one of the most prestigious race clubs in the country and the birthplace of freestyle skiing, further strengthened YULLR’s foundation. In addition to these partnerships, YULLR has provided coverage for the NASTAR Nationals in Aspen and numerous races across New England. The company has amassed over 2,000 hours of dedicated race footage, continually refining its skier AI model.
