HOTEL BOOKING
The General Assembly will be held in Zurich. We are in the final stages of finalising the hotel for the event and we would like to know your travel dates and room preference already in order to best plan your trip.

VOTING INFORMATION
At the General Assembly in Zurich, the following bodies are up for elections:
– the full WSF Board;
– WSF Auditors;
– WSF Appeal and Disciplinary Committee.

Please find here the “Candidates Form”, which you will need to fill out to propose a new potential WSF BoD member. The proposed names will be presented to the WSF Members and elections will take place during the General Assembly. Applications can be sent in until 24.07.2022, per email to WSF General Secretary, Anna Negri at anna@worldsnowboardfederation.org.

For both the WSF Auditors and the WSF Appeal and Disciplinary Committee, please simply submit your application via email to the WSF General Secretary, Anna Negri at anna@worldsnowboardfederation.org

If a WSF member cannot participate in the GA through the representatives of the national snowboarding associations, it can give a written power of attorney to a third party to represent it at the GA. Each nation representative can receive only one proxy.

MOTIONS
If you want to submit any motion to be voted on the General Assembly. Please read carefully: Motions have to be submitted to WSF General Secretary at anna@worldsnowboardfederation.org not later than 13th August 2022 (40 days before the start of the Genera Assembly).
