Veronika Grießl Joins Annaberger Liften As Site Manager

The management team at Annaberger Lifte, which is owned by ecoplus Alpin GmbH, is being expanded: Effective immediately, Veronika Grießl, a long-standing employee of Annaberger Liftbetriebs-Gesellschaft mbH, will be appointed site manager and entrusted with power of attorney.

"Veronika Grießl has already pushed ahead with important developments at Annaberger Liften with great commitment and a great deal of specialist knowledge. It is a great benefit that she can now bring her experience and skills even more to bear and that she will set new standards as an authorized officer," says Jochen Danninger, State Councilor for Tourism, who is delighted with the personnel decision.

Veronika Grießl has been with Annaberger Liften since winter 2016/17. First as a seasonal employee in winter, since the start of year-round operations in 2019 as a full-time employee. Here she quickly established herself as a manager and drove important projects forward. Veronia Grießl played a key role in the introduction and implementation of the new ticket point with 12 self-service checkouts, with which the waiting time for ticket sales could be reduced by two thirds. With this digitization of customer processes, the Annaberger Lifte were one of the first mountain railways in Austria to implement the visionary system of a self-service store for ticket sales and customer loyalty as well as CRM and dynamic pricing. Furthermore, Veronika Grießl is responsible for the specially designed online reservation system for the zipline, as well as for the conception and implementation of the adventure trail "Nikis Alm-Abenteuer" at Hennesteck, which is particularly aimed at communicating nature and the environment in a playful way the little guests and families.
