Two New Slope-Side Restaurants Open In Laax For 2020

Looking for the best new restaurants on the slopes this winter? Two new additions to the gastronomic scene in the Swiss resort of LAAX add to the already fantastic offerings in the resort:

Capalari

A unique atmosphere with an open kitchen and welcoming interior, Capalari serves modern and hearty Graubünden cuisine. Simple and delicious recipes are served as they have always been, showing that perfection often lies in the simplicity of the dish. Specialities include ravioli, sautéed potatoes and dumplings ‘Grandma’ style.

Casa Veglia

Once the epitome of après-ski and nightlife in LAAX, this cosy wooden cottage at the valley station in Laax Murschetg is celebrating a comeback as the Casa Veglia Schmugg Stuba, a focal point for  après-ski, food and music. Look out for the dancing, ‘jassing’ and traditional games which take place on the Stubete throughout the season. Drinks and cuisine are local and traditional, and generally designed for sharing.
