TechnoAlpin: Unforgettable Customer Trips Of The 23/24 Season
TechnAlpin has looked back on the season. They say:
"The 23/24 season was marked by numerous exciting and unforgettable customer trips. We offer our customers from all over the world the unique opportunity to get to know us as the market leader in the snowmaking industry, our innovative products and our home. During the customer trips, our guests were able to delve deep into our history, visit our state-of-the-art production and get to know the passionate people behind our products.
In addition to an entertaining supporting program, two program items are always part of a visit: our headquarters with offices and our production site.
Of particular note is our production site in Bolzano, where all of our high-quality products are manufactured. Groups have the opportunity to visit our impressive showroom, assembly production, modern high-bay warehouse, machine warehouse and the production of industry-leading fan guns and lances. This gives our customers a comprehensive insight and allows them to experience first-hand how the best snow guns are made. Another key part of every visit is a tour of our headquarters. Here, visitors gain insights into our marketing, research and development, software (ATASS and Snowmaster), PLC programming, purchasing, logistics, sales, project planning and drawing, contract management and service departments. In addition, our headquarters is home to the renowned TechnoAlpin Academy, where around 350 customers are trained every year.
At TechnoAlpin we pride ourselves on being the best in the industry and are always delighted to personally welcome so many customers and show them our home in Bolzano. Last season we welcomed almost 60 customers with over 330 guests from all over the world. The customer trips offered unique experiences for each participant with many unforgettable moments.
