Sunkid Expands St. Anton’s Wunder Wander Weg

In the summer of 2021, the Sennhütte in St. Anton am Arlberg has expanded the Wunder Wander Weg with a new Wooden Ball Tracks from Wood'n'Fun. This expansion creates new space for play, wonder and discovery and makes children's hearts beat faster.

Not far from the village of St. Anton am Arlberg (AT) is the Sennhütte at about 1,500 meters above sea level, which was built 38 years ago by the Senn family and has been expanded again and again. This has also resulted in the multiple award-winning Wunder Wander trail and even an officially registered world record. The background story of this special path is to bring people closer to the small wonders of nature. In the process, this trail developed into seven areas, such as the Alpine Flowers and Herbs Trail, which features 15 gardens and about 1000 plants and contains something interesting for every visitor.

The special thing about the Sennhütte is the popular natural playground with the new Wood'n'Fun wooden ball track, because not every alpine pasture or hut is equipped with natural products or even playgrounds. While parents linger on the sun terrace and marvel at the impressive mountains and nature, the kids can explore the natural playground and accompany the wooden balls on their adventure through the wooden ball tracks.

Starting at the individual entrance area, the cow is "fed" with a wooden ball and the journey begins. The constant path through mazes and numerous other obstacles through the track fascinates young and old. This is precisely why the perfect system was developed for the weatherproof wooden ball tracks, which can always be extended and designed as desired. Be it on alpine huts, flatter areas or in the forest, this individual uniqueness can increase the number of visitors.

Tip: The income from the wooden balls - which can be individually designed - can offset the project costs in the long term.
