Sugarbush Releases Early Season Pass Prices & New 4Pass
Sugarbush Resort has released their early rates for 2018/19 season passes. Passes are available at these rates through Wednesday, September 12th.
New this season, Sugarbush has joined the Ikon Pass, connecting some of the most iconic mountains in North America. The Ikon Pass at $999 provides unlimited access to 13 destinations, along with up to 7 days of access at an additional 15 destinations, including Sugarbush. There’s also the Ikon Base Pass for $699, with unlimited access to 11 destinations and up to 5 days at 17 destinations.
Sugarbush is also staying part of the Mountain Collective, an alliance of 17 ski resort destinations throughout the USA and Canada, as well as four international affiliates. The Mountain Collective pass includes two days at each participating resort plus 50% off additional days after that. If you are a Sugarbush Premium passholder, you will receive a special passholder benefit of 50% off day tickets at the 16 other Mountain Collective destinations.
In addition, Sugarbush has released the new 4Pass for $239. The 4Pass works like a season pass and is good for up to four visits anytime during the 2018/19 winter season. While similar to the Quad Pack, which will be released later this fall, the 4Pass is non-transferable and must be purchased by the September 12th pass deadline.
Similar to last season, Sugarbush season passes are divided into Premium and Value categories. The 2018/19 Premium Pass offers unlimited skiing and riding at both Lincoln Peak and Mt. Ellen, and includes Mountain Collective benefits of 50% off lift tickets at the 16 other resorts in the Mountain Collective (including four international affiliates). The Premium Pass is just $40 for children six and under, $399 for both youth (7-18) and For20s (19-29), $349 for college students, $999 for adults (40-64), $749 for seniors (65-79), $229 for Silver Seniors (80-89), and free for those ninety and older. Last year Sugarbush introduced the Early 30s pass, which they have expanded to the For30s pass ($599) for all purchasers 30-39 years old.
In addition to the Mountain Collective benefits, Premium Passes include a number of resort incentives like 20% off lodging and adult group lessons; 10% off tuning services, dining at Rumble’s Kitchen and Hogan’s Pub, golf greens fees, and retail; 40% off Health & Recreation Center Winter Six-Month Passes; and 50% off one private golf lesson. A Summer Lift Pass can be added for just $30, Early Ups Access can be added for $400, and midweek Mad River Glen skiing can be added to For20s Passes for $90.
The 2018/19 Value Pass offers daily access to Mt. Ellen, midweek non-holiday skiing at Lincoln Peak, and early/late season access to Lincoln Peak when Mt. Ellen is closed. The Value Pass is just $279 for youth (7-18) and $599 for adults (40-79). Value Passes include benefits such as 15% off lodging and All-Mountain Day Ticket rates; 10% off tuning services, dining at Rumble’s Kitchen and Hogan’s Pub, golf greens fees, and retail; and 50% off one private golf lesson. A Summer Lift Pass may be added for $30.
The Boomer Pass returns again for just $139. Boomer Passes are available for skiers or riders ages 65-89 and offer midweek non-holiday skiing at both mountains. Boomer passholders can enjoy 15% off All Mountain Day Ticket rates and can add a summer season pass for $30.
Finally, 2018/19 College Pass pricing has been released and the deadlines allow for a little more procrastination. Early rates will be applied to college passes through November 7th. The Valley Double Major College Pass allows guests with their valid college student ID to enjoy unlimited skiing and riding at Lincoln Peak, Mt. Ellen and Mad River Glen for $389. The Premium College Pass gives students unlimited skiing and riding at Lincoln Peak and Mt. Ellen for $349. For $249, Value College passholders can enjoy unlimited access to Mt. Ellen, and mid-week, non-holiday and early/late season access to Lincoln Peak.
