“Spring Into Lake Tahoe” - Region Promotes Late Season Business
Lake Tahoe in Spring is filled with deep snowpack, bountiful sunshine & goggle tans. Bluebird days are abundant, the party scene is heating up and spring is the season of fun in every shape & size . Here are a few spring festivities not to be missed on the slopes this Spring in Tahoe.
- Ski with a ranger The USDA Forest Service Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit is pleased to announce the return of Ski with a Ranger at Heavenly Mountain Resort. Skiers and snowboarders are invited to Ski with a Ranger beginning March 4, 2022 and will tkae place every week.Tours will depart from Tamarack Lodge at the top of the Heavenly Gondola every Friday and last approximately one-hour and will continue through April 15, weather permitting. Tours are led by Forest Service conservation education staff and volunteers through a cooperative effort between Heavenly Mountain Resort and Lake Tahoe Visitor Authority’s Explore Tahoe.
- Enjoy Apres With Live Music McP’s Taphouse Tahoe has live entertainment nightly featuring the most popular local talent. Open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 pm. With over 40 beers on tap. Each beer is numbered and if that beer’s number falls on the current date and a weekday, it is the “beer of the day”!

Easter Egg Hunt 17th April The Shops at Heavenly Village are holding their annual Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday, April 17, 2022, starting at 10:00 a.m. Open to all children ages 12 and under, over 15,000 eggs will be hidden.There will be $1,000 in cash prize eggs. There will also be a special brunch with the Easter Bunny for $20, and a Build-a-Bunny set up for $15.

This is a free, family-friendly event open to organisations and vendors that engage the community in a constructive and positive manner.
