Sportbahnen Braunwald AG Holds General Assembly

Sportbahnen Braunwald AG operates a winter and summer sports area on the uniquely located, car-free Braunwald sun terrace. They employ up to 60 people per season, operate 7 cable cars and lifts, 3 snow groomers, 30 km of ski slopes, 2 toboggan runs, around 20 snowmakers, up to 10 km of cross-country ski trails, a network of winter hiking trails, as well as two mountain restaurants and an open-air ski bar. They thus provide the actual core infrastructure of the Braunwald tourist and leisure destination. The target audience are families, nature lovers, connoisseurs and sports enthusiasts from the Glarnerland and the wider area around the city of Zurich and Lake Zurich, the Linth area and the Zurich Oberland.
At the General Assembly of Sportbahnen Braunwald AG, the newly elected Board of Directors staed the following:
"The big thanks go to the lenders for the generous waiver of claims, the previous shareholders for agreeing to the balance sheet restructuring and the new shareholders for subscribing to the new shares. Thanks to them, the company is debt-free after the balance sheet restructuring and equipped for the future with the necessary liquidity.
