Skiset & EDL Launch Limited Edition For Charity Ski
SKISET, the world number one ski rental company, and EDL SKI, a new brand with artisanal know-how in high-end skis, are launching a pink solidarity ski, in a limited edition of 200 copies , for the benefit of research against breast cancer. EDL SKI is a new Swiss brand dedicated to ski lovers, combining artisanal know-how and mountain culture by offering high-end manufacturing products dedicated exclusively to the pleasure of skiing. EDL skis are imagined, designed and designed in Nyon and Villars-sur-Ollon in Switzerland. They are handcrafted in Italy a few kilometers from the Swiss border, respecting the Alpine traditions of craftsmanship and ski culture.
Launched for Pink October, this unique ski will be on sale and for exclusive rental all winter, in partner stores in the SKISET network. Profits from the sale will be donated to the Gustave Roussy Institute, the first cancer research center in Europe . For each pair of skis sold, €200 will be donated to breast cancer research.
SKISET is a French company with 670 stores located in all European ski resorts, including 370 in France . Economical, rental allows skiers to slide every year on the latest models, maintained and adjusted by qualified professionals. Renting your equipment also allows you to reduce the environmental impact of a pair of skis: when compared to the number of days of use, the impact of ski equipment is 15 times lower for rental use. All SKISET stores pay an eco-contribution on the purchase of equipment intended for rental to finance the recycling of equipment and participate in the recycling of skis by subscribing to the REP sector.
