SKI NY-SKIPA Expo Registration Is Available Now!
The 2022 SKI NY – SKIPA EXPO being held at Hunter Mountain in Hunter New York from September 19 – 21st will feature a keynote and 25 sessions educating the ski area professional as well as a great products and services presented at the 70-booth trade show.
Registration is now available at iskinyexpo.com. The annual seminars and trade show held in conjunction with SKIPA and the NSAA is THE place for educating the ski area professional.

KEYNOTE and SEMINARS
This year there will be 25 seminars including a dynamic Keynote by Kelly Pawlak President of NSAA.
The Fall Education Sessions with MountainGuard, NSAA and ASDA attorney’s will focus on current risk and legal issues.
Dave Byrd will present re the Employee Retention Tax Credit.
There will be the annual GM Management Roundtable lead by Dennis Eshbaugh.
A seminar on Electric Vehicle (EV) Chargers and unique ways to obtain and install them will be offered. Also, an Energy Purchasing session, a live POD SAM from SAM Magazine and Dave Belin from RRC will be discussing the previous season.
Dave Gibson from Propeller Media Works will go over Website Redesign Planning and E4Soft will help you out with a session on trying to get more marketing visibility on a limited budget!
Mike Lane will be presenting the NSAA Boot Camp as well as ANSI update and an additional lift seminar TBD.
Other great sessions will be added soon, and the complete seminar list will be available by the end of August.
MOUNTAIN FOUNDATION
The Mountain Foundation is offering $200 grants for ski area attendees to help defray the cost of attending the EXPO. Ski area personnel can learn more and get the application here. (Please note that applications must be completely filled out and emailed by August 15th to the email address on the application for consideration)
DYNAMIC TRADE SHOW
Also featured this year will be a 70-booth trade show where you can see the latest in products and services from exhibitors industrywide! Learn about how they’re goods and services can help your ski area be more efficient this winter and enhance the skier experience.
ACTIVITIES
There will be great activities to do including a 9-hole golf tourney at Windham Country Club, Ziplining, Chairlift Rides, Hiking, Bike Ride and Disc Golf too!
There will be a themed party to go along with the awards dinner on Tuesday evening of the EXPO too!
