SIGB SnowTest Moves To France 23-27 January 2023, Appoints Marketing Coordinator

The 2023 SIGB Snow Test is heading to France for the first time in its 20 year history. Coming just one week after the new kit is launched at Slide in Telford, the new January test dates are within the vital ordering window allowing retailers to make a more informed decision on purchases for their range.

The early season dates also allowed lower altitude resorts to be considered and after extensive analysis and discussions with suppliers and retailers, La Clusaz in France was chosen. Close to Geneva airport, La Clusaz has an unbeatable reputation for hosting world class on-snow tests and offers regular attendees a wealth of new terrain to explore.

To help raise the profile of the UK’s snow sport industry, the SIGB have appointed a Marketing Coordinator. Amy Marwick will take up the posiiton and will be working one day per week on:

– Boosting engagement on our social media channels

– Finding stories and creating content for the newsletter

– Supporting and promoting SIGB marketing initiatives
