Sierra Nevada Sets Up For Por Todo lo Alto Festival

The SIERRA NEVADA POR TODO LO ALTO Festival, the highest altitude musical event of the summer in Spain, has a full line-up for its 14th edition which, as always free of charge, will be held on 23rd and 24th August in the Plaza de Andalucía in Pradollano.

• The 14th edition will be completed with performances by the Swedish band Alberta Cross and the Madrid indie artist Jordana B. And as a local bet, the "Allstar" band Berrinches and the return of Red Soul Community.
• The free rock and mountain festival will be held in Pradollano on 23 and 24 August and, as usual, will be complemented by free musical activities and workshops for children.

Three bands per night and a morning children's programme dedicated to the little ones make up the combination of rock, mountains and family for one of the most unique events on the national festival scene.

The first of the most important names to come up to the mountain this year is one of the female rock bands that the organisers have had their eye on for years and that had been impossible to book due to scheduling: THE HINDS. In this 14th edition of the SIERRA NEVADA POR TODO LO ALTO Festival, the guitar rock of one of our most international bands will be playing at the top.

The other leading group is MUJERES. MUJERES is part of the emotional memory of several generations: of those who, like them, went back to striped T-shirts and old instruments. Once again they are back with new songs.

The Granadian festival, which is characterised as a family festival to be enjoyed in the middle of nature, cannot forget its musical workshops for children given by the music school Gabba Hey, which are held every year in morning sessions and divided by age. These workshops are usually sold out in minutes. Very soon we will be announcing the dates and instruments chosen for this year's workshops, remembering that places are limited.

With the sponsorship of San Miguel beers, the SIERRA NEVADA POR TODO LO ALTO will once again be one of the most awaited festivals to say goodbye to the summer.
