Ramona Ramsauer Appointed As Blue Tomato's New Head Of Human Resources
Ramona Ramsauer (32) is the new Head of Human Resources at Blue Tomato. In this position, she is responsible for all agendas in the “People & Culture” area at the Austrian board sports and lifestyle specialist based in Schladming and with additional headquarters in Graz and Vienna.
Blue Tomato employs more than 850 people and, with more than 80 shops in nine countries and over 450,000 products, is one of the world's largest online retailers in the snowboarding, freeskiing, surfing, skateboarding and street style sectors.
Ramsauer has many years of experience as well as extensive knowledge and skills in global and national human resources management. Born in Lower Austria, she studied economics at Johannes Kepler University in Linz, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science. She also has a Master of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Change Management & Leadership from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
She gained international experience in China. Her professional career took her through the Agrana Group and the construction supplier Doka. In these renowned, internationally active companies, she was responsible for tasks such as HR reporting & controlling, supporting organizational development projects, recruiting, labor law, management and personnel development.
She gained international experience at Agrana Fruit during a one-and-a-half-year stay as Regional HR Manager North Asia in Shanghai, China, where she was responsible for personnel planning and development as well as the design and implementation of HR processes.
