Quebec Resorts Highlight Developments

The ski resorts will impress this winter with amazing new features across the four corners of Quebec. New ski lifts, new slopes, modernization of snowmaking and the snow grooming fleet, new lift access gates (RFID technology), among other things, are among the big announcements for the coming winter season, a guarantee of a renewed and improved customer experience.

The following list gives a taste of winter:

Bas-Saint-Laurent

• New accommodation offers in Coolbox, new snow groomer and many others at Parc du Mont Saint-Mathieu

• New snow groomer and two new snow cannons at Parc du Mont-Comi

Eastern Townships

• Multiple improvements to the snowmaking system (new pump and new fixed snow cannons) at Mont Orford

• New boarding mat, new snow groomer, new snow cannons and new pumping system at Mont Sutton

• Improvements to the numerous snow parks and acquisition of a depth gauge at Owl's Head

• New ski lift, new lit slope and 17 new snow cannons at Versant des Épinettes in Bromont, mountain of experiences

Central Quebec

• Implementation of RFID technology, new alpine hiking trail and new snow park in Gleason

Chaudière-Appalaches

• Opening of the new reception chalet, new learning zone and new Coolbox accommodation offers at the Mont Adstock recreational tourism station

• New off-piste ski area and new micro-chalet accommodation offer in the Massif du Sud

Gaspésie

• New snow groomer and new fleet of rental equipment at Petit Chamonix

Lanaudière

• New shop and redevelopment of the interior space of the chalet, new bypass trail on the mountain and addition of snow cannons at Ski Garceau

• Several new slopes, ice rink at the foot of the slopes and many other new features in Val Saint-Côme

Laurentides

• New undergrowth in Vallée Bleue

• New boarding mat, new snow groomer and modernization of the snowmaking system at Mont Blanc

• New ski lift and new snow cannons at Sommet Olympia

• Added two new trails to Mont Habitant

• New snow groomer at Sommet Saint-Sauveur

• Added snow cannons to Sommet Gabriel

• Added snow cannons to Sommet Morin Heights

• Implementation of RFID technology in Tremblant

• Automated snowmaking on the Express West slope and redevelopment of the Main Pavilion as well as a new double carpet for tubing at Sommet Saint-Sauveur (Avila slope)

Mauricie

• New family entertainment building and three snow parks in Vallée du Parc

Outaouais

• Opening of all services in the new reception chalet at Camp Fortune

Montérégie

• Installation of four web cameras at Ski Saint-Bruno

Quebec

• Implementation of RFID technology at Le Relais ski center

Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean

• Addition of two new undergrowth to Valinouët
