Protest Sportswear designs the clothes that can welcome in the winter with style. This new men’s FW2022/23 collection is no exception to this rule. This collection is a fusion of Protest’s technical know-how with advancements in sustainable fashion. And as always, it’s a collection made up of on-trend colour and print as well as new fabrics and textures to help make this winter the best one yet. A multi-functional collection Protest came about from a love of the great outdoors and a desire to help everyone get the best out of their time there.

Building on technical knowledge combined with design, Protest creates clothes that are made to take on the elements so that you can concentrate on the action. A growing focus for Protest when creating the collection, is to make the pieces multi-functional. This means clothing that can function on the slopes, for keeping you warm and dry, and that these same pieces of clothing will have you prepared for your hike in the woods and even your commute to work.

Take a look at the PRTTIMO, a seriously technical 20K jacket that will fit straight into your street wardrobe or the cool 10K PRTLOSTAN anorak jacket. Recycled polyester With every season Protest is taking steps to create a greener product using more earth-friendly processes. The clothing that carries Protest’s PVRE Green label is made using sustainable fabrics, like recycled polyester and in some jackets we use bamboo padding. This is an ideal fabric when it comes to durability, stretch and water resistance.

Within this range you’ll find the awesome 20K PRTWINNIPEG and 20K PRTONEGA, which are both technical sports jackets. The outer layer of the PRTWINNIPEG is recycled polyester and it also has fully taped seams, a helmet compatible hood and spacer mesh insulation. The PRTONEGA has many pockets, a lift pass holder and a pocket for your goggles. Other hidden features are ventilation zippers to regulate your body temperature and inner cuffs with thumbhole.

Pair this great jacket up with the PVRE Green PRTSARDIS ski and snowboard trousers, also made using technical recycled polyester, these trousers have ventilation zips, critically taped seams and 10K water resistance. Then there is a focus on structure. The way fabric feels is an important part of the experience of wearing the clothing.

The designers at Protest have been using the quilting technique, not just to add warmth but also to create interesting structures. To add texture, look no further than Protest’s unmissable fleecy layers of warmth and comfort. There is a range of full zip fleeces that will provide you with that needed layer of insulation, like the Aztec-printed PRTTAYMYR. Protest has also designed a fleece set, perfect for chilling after a long day on the slopes.

This is the PRTMANITOBA zip up top and the PRTKANIERE trousers, made to relax in. When it comes to style, there is a big trend to fuse park-style looks with more mountain functionality. This brings attitude to the slopes with forward-looking print and clever detailing. You’ll see lettering, plaids and anorak styles. This collection includes some awesome jackets and mid layers.

Bringing some shine to the collection, the PRTCYPRESS winter jacket is a glorious mix of tough and feminine with a glossy 10K outer fabric combined with a grey mélange hood. These jackets, as with many in the range, have goggle and lift pass pockets and critically taped seams. The PRTTRISH is a thermal top with high neck, made from soft, functional fleece. Matching the PRTTRISH, there is the PRTHEATHER slim-fit thermal leggings. And this thermal set can also be a great outfit to relax in between sessions on the slope. Another themal set is the PRTKOMBU thermal top and the PRTNORIS thermal pants. The fabric of this set is a blend of polyester, elastane and polyamide: a material that is insulating, elastic and durable.
