Prinoth Is Official Supplier Of The Nordic World Cup 2019 In Seefeld

The fleet of high-performance PRINOTH vehicles in Seefeld guarantees first-class cross-country trails and ski jumps. These snow groomers were developed for the preparation of demanding facilities such as snow parks, ski jumps and cross-country ski runs and are also used in Seefeld for the preparation of the World Cup race tracks. The vehicles were already delivered at the end of 2018.

The basic preparation at Bergisel already took place as part of PRINOTH's Four Hills Tournament. In January 2019 the perfect training conditions for the ski jumpers and Nordic combiners were created at Bergisel.

World Championships eagerly awaited...

While the preparatory work and the basic preparation of the cross-country ski runs in Seefeld already started on 21.1.19, in the last 2 weeks before the start of the World Championships the piste woroperators from Seefeld in the PRINOTH vehicles.

The preparation of a jump is special and not to be compared with an ordinary runway, because in the alpine range there are hardly slopes, which are as steep as a jump hill. The PRINOTH BISON is equipped with a drum winch - this makes climbing easier and saves both fuel and time. With the help of the winch rope, slopes with a gradient of 45° are no problem even in difficult snow conditions.

PRINOTH for perfect pistes

For the World Championships, operators at Bergisel will be working on call. If required, PRINOTH will provide an operator at any time of the day or night. Currently, two PRINOTH operators are on duty every day in Seefeld and guarantee the best possible competition conditions.

The special skating finish of the PRINOTH POWER tiller also proves to be the optimum solution for competition tracks. The technical delegates of the FIS particularly emphasized the quality of the trails: they did not miss the opportunity to visit the snow groomer operators in the Technical Center in order to talk about the great quality of the slopes!
