Panorama & Coke Canada Bottling Partnership Launches
Panorama Mountain Resort has aligned with Coke Canada Bottling, as the resort’s official beverage partner, in an exciting five-year collaboration that focuses on community, sustainability and meaningful moments in the mountains.
“The local, community approach of Coke Canada Bottling really resonates with the Pure Canada experience here at Panorama” said Steve Paccagnan, President and CEO of Panorama Mountain Resort.
“Coke Canada Bottling has a strong foundation in this region. We’re thrilled to embark on this partnership with Canada’s Local Bottler as we welcome in a new era at the resort and together fuel our guest’s passion for the outdoors.”
“As Your Local Bottler, we are thrilled to be the official beverage partner for Panorama Mountain Resort, the one-of-a-kind, world class vacation destination”, said Trevor Lamb, Vice President of Western Canada, Coke Canada Bottling.
“Both Coke Canada Bottling and Panorama are committed to making a difference in the local communities in which they operate, making this new collaboration an ideal match. Together, we will ensure sustainability is top of mind for all that visit the resort while enhancing the overall guest experience through our products. We couldn’t be happier to welcome Panorama to the Coke Canada Bottling family!”
The partnership will focus on sustainability and recycling initiatives both on-mountain and in the village, and will bring new excitement and flavour to the resort, enhancing the guest experience through seasonal food and beverage offerings, activations and events including the FIS Alpine Junior World Ski Championships in March 2022.
As official beverage partner, Coke Canada Bottling will provide hundreds of products to Panorama, including Coca-Cola, Sprite and Dasani many of which are manufactured locally through Coke Canada Bottling plants in Richmond and Calgary. With over 50 facilities coast-to-coast, including one only 1.5 hours away in Cranbrook, BC, Coke Canada Bottling makes, distributes, merchandises, and sells the most loved beverages Canadians enjoy.
Knowing that business success and sustainability go hand-in-hand, Coke Canada Bottling has created a Sustainability Action Plan with clear, actionable targets on Packaging, Water, Sourcing, Climate, and Community.
Coke Canada Bottling and Panorama will collaborate on better recycling solutions and increased sustainability awareness in busy areas of the resort. PET beverage bottles and caps can be easily recycled and used to create new beverage bottles. They are made to be remade.
Both Panorama and Coke Canada Bottling have a long history in delivering joy to Canadians. Panorama Mountain Resort will celebrate its 60th anniversary when it opens for the winter season on December 10, and though a newly independent company, Coke Canada Bottling has a heritage of over 120-years of delivering optimism and enjoyment to Canadians.
Visitors and residents can expect to see the new branding and beverage selection in resort venues beginning this Saturday, June 26, when Panorama opens for the summer season.
