The company saw bookings jump by over 39% for the three weeks from 21 December - when over 1m of snow fell in resorts such as La Clusaz, Megève and St Gervais.
Chris Thompson, director of OVO Network, says: “It’s been a fantastic start to the winter ski season. The snowfall immediately before the festive period was exceptional, providing a great base and giving skiers perfect skiing conditions. With the cold weather continuing we’ve seen regular top ups of snow, even at lower resorts.”
Since October last year, the company has added another 23 properties to keep up with demand, expanding the choice of self-catering chalets in authentic locations across the Alps and - for the first time this winter - the Pyrenees.
“Demand has been very strong over the last few weeks, not only for this winter, but many British guests are booking ahead for summer and the 2025/26 season. We’re regularly adding new properties to our portfolio, broadening the choice for our guests, while always ensuring we offer the authentic mountain resorts that provide a more genuine Alpine experience,” adds Chris.
OVO Network still has some availability through the February half term holidays, including some properties that have exclusive discounts for the main half term week of 15 February 2025:
