FOR EARLY RISERS

Start an eventful day at OutDoor by ISPO in a relaxed atmosphere. In the HangOut Area we offer early risers a yoga session on Monday and Tuesday from 7:45 a.m. to join in. For taking a break participate in our meditation sessions, on Monday and Tuesday between 11:00 and 14:00. Would you rather watch and learn more about meditation and yoga? No problem, then simply visit the numerous demonstrations during the four days of the show. You will find the exact dates in our event program.
