Original Muck Boot Company Introduces New Styles And Technologies For Fall 2021

The Original Muck Boot Company, dedicated to building footwear that is 100 percent MUCKPROOF (remarkably protective, exceptionally comfortable and totally waterproof), announces new innovations in the expansion of its popular Apex and Originals collections, as well as the introduction of Vibram’s most advanced outsole grip and traction systems across multiple product offerings for Fall ’21.

MUCK APEX PRO & APEX LACE-UP

Built on an innovative platform for high-endurance outdoor pursuits requiring a more athletic and agile design, Apex is Muck’s most high-performance outdoor boot collection.  Joining the Apex Mid Zip for Fall ’21 is the Apex Lace-Up in two colorways for both men and women with a lace-up construction for customized fit (MSRP $155).  Both the Apex Mid Zip and the Lace-Up are 100 percent waterproof and offer breathable mesh linings, dual-density footbeds, and 4mm Neoprene booties for comfort and performance.

Using the same performance last shape, the Apex Pro 13 inch boot is built with ergonomically placed, hand-laid, vulcanized rubber in areas that need protection without adding unnecessary weight.  The Apex Pro is available in Black/Grey, and Bark with Mossy Oak Country DNA Camo; which combines the photo-realism Mossy Oak is famous for against a backdrop of its legacy print.  The Apex Pro is 100 percent waterproof and offers breathable mesh linings, dual-density, moisture-wicking footbeds, 4mm Neoprene booties for comfort and performance, as well as Vibram’s newest Arctic Grip A.T. with Traction Lug technology – a multi-season, all-terrain outsole with additional traction performance on loose surfaces. A NEW LEVEL OF TRACTION TECHNOLOGY

For Fall ’21, Muck is rolling out a more advanced outsole gripping system with two new platforms.  The new Vibram Arctic Grip All Terrain (AGAT) provides superior grip on wet or dry hard surfaces through the use of the Vibram XS Trek Evo compound.  These technologies expand the use of the boots beyond the winter and into multi-season, multi-use wear.  The Vibram Arctic Grip All Terrain outsole will be featured on the Arctic Ice AGAT Tall and Mid Boots for men and women, as well as the Arctic Ice Nomadic Sport AGAT for women in Fall ’21.

Arctic Grip All Terrain with Traction Lug is Vibram’s newest and most advanced grip and traction technology system.  It has all the benefits of Vibram Arctic Grip All Terrain, along with an innovative, patented lug design that improves grip and traction on loose surfaces by up to 25 percent*.  The Vibram Arctic Grip All Terrain Traction Lug outsole will be featured on Muck’s Apex Pro in Fall ‘21.

ORIGINALS LEATHER COLLECTION

Muck Originals is a collection of light duty, yet essential footwear built for everyday use and inspired by Muck’s iconic Chore boot.  For Fall ’21, the new Originals Leather collection will feature a full-grain, 100 percent waterproof leather upper and hand-laid rubber for flexibility and comfort.  Premium tweed and wool textiles on the boots’ collars and tongues add versatility and style, while reliable MUCKPROOF elements include 100 percent waterproof protection, molded PU footbeds with a layer of memory foam, as well as bioDEWIX for moisture management.  Three Originals Leather styles will be available for men and four for women in F21.  MSRP: $130

OUTSCAPE EXPANSION

The Outscape is a performance staple for men and women that utilizes Muck’s traditional materials in modern ways to provide a superior, lightweight comfort that easily goes from the yard to the street. Available in two different heights (ankle and low) for all genders, the Outscape is 100 percent waterproof, offers an easy on/off design, and features a Dual Density Comfort footbed with antimicrobial protection.  While self-cleaning outsole lugs allow for optimal traction, a Guarden™ Rubber toe and heel provide durability for more extensive wear, and a shovel-ready nylon shank adds underfoot stability when using garden tools.  For Fall ’21, Muck is expanding its Outscape collection with two new colors in men’s and women’s styles.  MSRP: $100
