On 15 & 16 March Austria's Ski Instructors Choose The Best On The Slopes

fter a break of several years, the Austrian Ski Instructor Championships are returning to the Schladming-Dachstein region.

Under the title “Ski Instructor Festival 2025”, exciting competitions in the categories of formation skiing, individual demo skiing and giant slalom will be held on March 15 and 16 on the Rittisberg in Ramsau. More than 20 teams from all over Austria have already registered. In addition to the sporting highlights, spectators will be offered a varied supporting program. Admission is free.

The traditional event is considered one of the most important meetings of the ski instructor community in Austria. It starts on Saturday (March 15th) at 1 p.m. with individual demo runs by the best Austrian ski instructors and the team competition in formation skiing. From 7 p.m. onwards, things will get particularly exciting on the north slope of the Rittisberg with the final runs of the best teams under floodlights.

A big "ski instructor party" in the evening promises a great atmosphere.

Afterwards, participants, organizers and spectators will celebrate wildly at the valley station as part of the award ceremony and the subsequent big "ski instructor party". Presenter Marco and DJ Max, who recently created a great atmosphere at the Ski World Championships in Saalbach, will be there.

On Sunday (March 16th) the giant slalom starts at 10 a.m., and the award ceremony (from 12:30 p.m.) will then mark the end of the two-day festival. The organizers Skischule Ramsau, WSV Ramsau, Ski Rittisberg and the Austrian Ski Instructors Association invite all ski schools, sports enthusiasts and visitors to experience the “Ski Instructors Festival 2025” live - it promises to be an unforgettable weekend full of excitement, top sporting performances and the best entertainment.
