New Globi Slope In Lenzerheide Inspires Little Ski Fans

The new Globi slope has opened in the Arosa Lenzerheide ski area. This is the family slope no. 45 from the Tgantieni mountain station. The interactive theme slope provides variety in a playful way. For example, Globi explains the piste rules at various stations, gives tips on technique or encourages you to do an activity. The Globi slope in winter is the counterpart to the Globi hiking trail in summer.

The new Globi piste from the Tgantieni mountain station takes children over short forest paths and includes smaller waves and hollows. The familiar child hero with a blue body, yellow beak, beret and red and black checked trousers is visible throughout the entire ride, partly on boards and partly on interactive parcour elements. The posts are varied and vary from explanatory boards on nature conservation or slope signage to "racing driver Limbo", where deep squatting is practiced, to target throwing, clapping hands for high fives or Globi memory games. More elements will be added in the coming years.

The opening of the new Globi piste on Saturday, February 5, 2022, coincided practically with the winning of the "Blick Winter Award" in the category "Family-friendliness" the day before, which underlines the successful positioning of Arosa Lenzerheide in the family area. The "Blick Winter Awards" were presented by the Blick Group in cooperation with Switzerland Tourism, with Arosa Lenzerheide also being recognized as the best ski and snowboard area in Switzerland.

The Lenzerheide holiday region has been a popular destination for families for many years, not least thanks to the cheerful, courageous and imaginative little boy named Globi. There has been a Globi hiking trail in Lenzerheide since 1998, which was reopened in summer 2018, just in time for the 20th anniversary. The interactive theme trail includes 13 stations where Globi tells exciting things about nature and technology. The Globi children's program and the Globi children's parties complete the comprehensive range of family activities centered on Switzerland's most popular children's heroes in Lenzerheide. With the Globi piste in the Arosa Lenzerheide ski area, a winter offer has now also been created.

On an Easter egg hunt with Globi

Over the Easter days from April 14th to 18th, 2022, the Lenzerheide holiday region will be presenting the additional Globi attraction "Finde Globi". A special Easter egg hunt in and around Lenzerheide, which combines the classic egg hunt with a scavenger hunt and treasure hunt and provides fun and entertainment.
