Skiers and boarders enjoy a generous mix of unique tree-skiing, long wide groomers, mellow beginner zones, and plenty of advanced black runs. A huge part of Mt Buller’s appeal is the bustling village sitting high in the snowline with over 30 restaurants and bars and plenty of ski-in/out accommodation.

Buller Ski Lifts was the first ski company in the world to achieve ISO 14001 for environmental management systems back in 2008 and strives for continual improvement in all aspects of environmental sustainability. They partner with the Taungurung Clans, the traditional owners and First people of the rivers and mountains, to actively manage the natural and cultural values of the Mt Buller and Mt Stirling Alpine Resorts.

With an eye on elevating the guest experience, Mt. Buller sought a new platform for their customized ecommerce store. With the new shop in place and ready for its 2023 season, and plans to open in early June, Mt. Buller is ready to offer their guests a streamlined, easy-to-use purchase experience. Not only is Mt. Buller offering lift passes, lessons, memberships, and rentals in their new store, but they have also implemented Aspenware Voucher Redemption and Stored Value features.

As Mt. Buller moves toward phase 2 of their implementation, they have plans to integrate Stored Value at their food and beverage locations and further enhance the pre-arrival and arrival steps in the customer journey with the implementation of Aspenare Arrival and Resort Tools as well as SmartLink for Axess Pick-Up Boxes.
