Mountain Heaven Launches Eco-discount Program Along With New Chalets For This Winter Season

British chalet operator Mountain Heaven, has launched a special discount of 10% off on all of its holidays to the Alps when guests travel by rail.

The discount is available on all catered chalet bookings for this winter season and it can also be combined with any other special offer the company is promoting through the year.

Nick Williams, owner of Mountain Heaven, said: “Climate change is a growing issue for the whole planet and the ski industry is especially close to this issue in several ways. There’s no doubt that climate change is at work in our mountains already and we just don’t know where it’s all going to lead. There are some things a ski company can do to reduce the environmental impact of ski holidays but it’s actually air travel that tends to have the biggest impact. No matter what other offer we are running, our customers will now get a 10% discount off the price of their Mountain Heaven catered chalet holiday if they travel to us by train”.

New chalets:

Mountain Heaven is launching a brand new chalet in La Plagne 1800 – located on a peaceful track, 5 minutes’ walk to the slopes.

Chalet Ammonite, La Plagne 1800 – new build chalet ready for the 2019-20 winter season. Sleeps up to 15 people in 8 en-suite bedrooms, with outdoor hot tub.

Mountain Heaven’s own chalet in Morzine, goes into its second winter, already a proven home for fun, relaxed holidaying in the Alps.

Chalet Foret D'Argent sleeps 10 guests (+2 children) across 5 en-suite bedrooms, all designed to a very high specification. The chalet has commanding views and a central glass atrium with double height glass windows spread over two floors to let the light flood in. There’s an outdoor hot tub, a sauna and a games room with bar and pool table. The chalet is ideal for groups and families looking for a quiet location that’s still close to all the action in Morzine and convenient for the slopes.
