Opening this winter season is the recently renovated main dining room, “Postblick”-Restaurant, with a panorama views of Lech and beyond. The restaurant is under new management with 34-year old Tyrolian David Wagger taking the helm. Chef Wagger’s signature dish is a white foam soup of grape tomato served with scallop, basil and cottage cheese ravioli; he will also develop a special Gala Christmas Menu for this Winter Season. Also within the hotel is the traditional hunting lodge-style “Jägerstube”, where you can also enjoy the creative cuisine of new chef David Wagger. Kutscherstube, the “inn” of the hotel serves Austrian culinary delights, where hotel guests can also enjoy their half-board option in a charming setting. The bar, which is named after the US writer Ludwig Bemelmans, who was a loyal regular guest until the late fifties, will delight you with fine spirits, exquisite cocktails or selected wines and champagne, perfect from après ski to midnight.
