La Plagne Premiers Aerolive - An Exclusive And Unusual Experience At High Altitude
A world premiere and exclusive to La Plagne: 2 unusual cabins ride on the line of the glacier railway, which reaches the Live 3000 summit at 3,080 m altitude. These minimalist cabins are open on all sides and enable a special riding experience.
An experience that doesn't lack air
After the Over the moon snowcat, a real hotel room where you can sleep on the slopes, La Plagne once again stands out from the crowd by offering a different kind of experience. A climb to the Live 3000 peak in summer and winter to have a front row seat and admire the majestic landscape.
The passengers are strapped in and secured to a rope and have direct contact with the surroundings: a semi-open floor made of gratings and no glass as a barrier!
A crazy idea becomes reality
These cabins, which were created over two years of work, are the result of collaboration between several partners: The impetus for the project came from the Société d'Aménagement de La Plagne (SAP), the operator of the ski area, and the overall concept and design were by Compagnie des Alpes Développement supported and the technical part was implemented by the manufacturer POMA.
