The partnership between Inside Labs and Pricenow is based on the shared belief that the intelligent use of data in the areas of customer engagement, e-commerce data analytics and pricing will create decisive added value for guests and tourism providers. In the future, their customers will be able to use the two software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions in harmony, resulting in various advantages.

Specifically, data from the Pricenow Cloud Data Warehouse - such as e-commerce transaction data - flows into the Omni Suite from Inside Labs. This uses the data to identify target groups, which are then addressed with suitable messages via various channels such as email, push messages or SMS. The Inside Labs mobile app can also be used as an additional sales channel for the Pricenow e-commerce solution. Last but not least, customer engagement data from the Omni Suite from Inside Labs will also be able to be used in the Pricenow Data Analytics solution in the future, so that its partners can optimally commercialize their guest experiences in the future.

Both companies are firmly convinced that a clear product focus and open, scalable SaaS solutions will shape the future of technology landscapes in tourism. Their best-of-breed approach sets them apart from providers who offer closed solutions or individual developments. This guarantees their partners high-quality solutions, continuous development and an attractive total cost of ownership. The successful collaboration between the two companies began several years ago in Laax with their first joint partner, the Weisse Arena Group. Another joint project is currently being planned.
