THE SEASONAL RATE MODEL

LOAD DEPENDENT/FREQUENCY DEPENDENT RATES
In addition to the seasonal rate model, we offer you the option of implementing a utilization-dependent or frequency-dependent leasing model. The starting point is, for example, a leasing fee, which is derived from planning, estimates and considerations of how the transport business will look like in the first year after the cable car has been put into operation. If, after one year, it turns out that the estimated transport rate differs on a mutually agreed date, the leasing fee to be paid in the following year will be increased or reduced in accordance with the "pay per use" principle. It does not matter whether the leasing fee is paid monthly, as an annual rate or as a seasonal rate (see above).
