Hotelplan UK’s Ski Brands To Exhibit At The Telegraph Ski & Snowboard Festival 2019
Two of Hotelplan UK’s major ski brands – Inghams and Esprit Ski – are in the midst of exciting preparations for the Telegraph Ski & Snowboard Festival 2019, which starts next week and will run from Thursday 24th – Sunday 27th October in Battersea Park.
Highlights to look out for include:
- Inghams is the proud sponsor of the Inghams Lodge Bar, which can be found upstairs and will be serving drinks and snacks all day, every day
- For the first time ever, Esprit will run the Kids Zone, a fun and interactive area giving kids aged three – eight a taste of what it’s like to go on a ski holiday with Esprit
- Visit Inghams on stand 401 and enter the prize draw for your chance to win a ski holiday to Austria
Inghams, one of the longest-established ski tour operators which this year celebrates its 85th birthday, will welcome visitors to stand 401 for exclusive Ski Festival deals, as well as the chance to win a ski holiday for two* to the four-star Hotel Gruener Baum in Zell am See, Austria (including flights and transfers)!
To enter the prize draw, people will be encouraged to take their picture in Inghams’ photo booth (sponsored by Salzburgerland) with some fun ski props, and feature on the Inghams #SkiHero wall.
Whilst at the Festival, Inghams will be delighted to launch its #SkiHero marketing campaign, which will run throughout the winter season. Camilla MacQueen, Inghams Marketing Manager, comments: “We’re excited to launch our new brand video which will be showcased on the big screen at the Telegraph Ski & Snowboard Festival, supported with digital and social media activity. Throughout the campaign, we will be celebrating our ski heroes whilst encouraging people to celebrate their own personal ski heroes and ski hero moments. No matter how big or small, or how experienced you are, everyone – be it you, your dad, your daughter or your friend – has a hero moment from a past ski holiday, and we’re hoping to see lots of people sharing their highlights with us so we can celebrate together!”
New for the coming winter, Inghams has launched Japan, and other activity on the stand will include an origami workshop with Inghams’ Japan partners, at 3:30pm on the Thursday afternoon.
Esprit Ski, which covers every angle for the skiing family with dedicated and flexible childcare services for children aged from three months to 12 years, will run the Kids Zone which can be found upstairs beside the Inghams Lodge Bar.
The Esprit Ski Kids Zone will be themed on the wonderful children’s Snow Gardens that can be found in many European ski resorts, with loads of wintery activities to keep little ones happy. Entertainment will include:
- Get your face painted with the coolest, sparkliest designs
- Try on some real ski gear and get ready for the slopes – we’ll have goggles and mitts at the ready!
- Get comfy in our Esprit igloo and snuggle up under the stars
- Get creative in our art zone and take home your very own ski creations
- Join in with the Esprit songs and games and see the Esprit Snow Rangers doing what they do best
- Take home your very own Esprit Ski Pass with a sticker for every activity, so children can remember their time in the Esprit Kids Zone
- Sample tasty, healthy snacks from our friends at Bear
- The chance to win some fun goodies, such as a Snuggle Sac, a Bean Bag, some Snow + Rock vouchers or some Little Skiers skiwear
All the activities are supervised by the excellent Esprit childcare staff and are guaranteed to bring a snowy smile to the future young ski stars who visit the Festival’s Kids Zone this year.
