Hinterstoder-Wurzeralm: New Marketing & Sales Manager In Post
Andrea Zielinski has been the new Head of Marketing & Sales at Hinterstoder-Wurzeralm Bergbahnen AG since December 2023. The former athlete brings sportsmanship to the cable car team and pursues clear goals.
"For me, team spirit and motivated employees are one of the most important factors for a company's success," says Andrea Zielinski. "We are a company dedicated to sport, and in sport too, everything can only work if we all pursue the same goal together."
As a sign of the sporting team spirit, 10 athletes from Hinterstoder-Wurzeralm Bergbahnen AG and the Pyhrn-Priel holiday region took part in the Wels Business Run, Upper Austria's most popular company run, on May 29, 2024. The challenge here was to complete the 5 km run or the 3.9 km Nordic walk. "As a former competitive athlete, there is no better feeling for me than seeing colleagues achieve and exceed goals and have fun at the event. Especially because it was the first time that Hinterstoder-Wurzeralm Bergbahnen AG took part in a run," says a delighted Andrea Zielinski.
The sporty marketing and sales manager is, together with her team, responsible for the entire coordination of marketing and sales cooperations for the Hinterstoder-Wurzeralm Bergbahnen. "It's incredibly fun to be able to market such a great product. I identify 100% with the company and see great potential that we have not yet exploited. That motivates me enormously!"
This comprehensive job profile requires good organization, focus and resistance to stress. "All of these are qualities that I have internalized as a former competitive athlete. This is where my sporting ambition comes to the fore again," says Andrea Zielinski.
Andrea Zielinski actually started her career as a professional photographer. This quickly led to an interest in much more, with a focus on tourism and sports marketing. Most recently, she spent her professional years in the upscale hotel industry in Salzburg and Upper Austria.
