Happy Birthday, Hintertux Park Opening! Kick Off Winter Season With The 20th Anniversary From October 3 To 6, 2024

In just a few weeks, the freestyle community will once again gather at the Hintertux Glacier to kick off the winter season with the Hintertux Park Opening. The center of attention is Betterpark Hintertux, perched high at 3,200 meters, which will be dressed to impress this fall for its 20th anniversary. From October 3 to 6, 2024, freestyle in all its forms will be celebrated with a colorful program.

For two decades, the opening has taken place without interruption and is, for many, the official start of the new winter season. With many like-minded people, a perfectly prepared Betterpark Hintertux, equipment testing opportunities, meeting up for dinners, parties, and as a highlight, the world premiere of Schnitzeltime II by and with Clemens Millauer and Anna Gasser, the anniversary weekend offers all the ingredients for a perfect season kickoff.

For the little ones, the Kids Shred with Gigi Rüf is recommended. The SANE! Crew and Zillertal local Werni Stock once again invite riders to the Metal Battle Qualifiers (Rail Session) and Werni’s Transfer Games (Big Air). Interested riders can register here.
