While numerous ski huts ensure the physical well-being of winter sports enthusiasts, catering for the employees of the Dachstein West ski region posed a challenge until last year. GOURMET Business supplies around 60 employees of the Bergbahnen Dachstein West with food at their workplace, the lifts. Each station of the eleven cable cars and lifts is equipped with a microwave oven, and the larger systems also have a convection oven. At the highest point - the mountain station of the Donnerkogelbahn - the dishes from GOURMET Business À la Carte are eaten daily at 1,500 m above sea level. The dishes are an uncomplicated solution for the employees and the joint lunch has now become an integral part of the daily routine.
