The historic Sharktooth Retreat is primely located right between Windsor and Greeley on a paved road. This 18.54-acre retreat offers incredible privacy, mountain and valley views just five minutes from Windsor and Greeley. The property was an operating ski slope from 1972 to 1986. The property’s rich history is documented by the shark teeth framed on the walls of the ski lodge.

Sharktooth had the lowest elevation of any ski area that ever operated in Colorado.
