The Glass Bar: Megève's new speakeasy - Nestled within the heart of Four Seasons Hotel Megève, the Glass Bar is a cosy new venue that invites guests to relax after a long day exploring the great outdoors. Crafted by skilled glass sculptor Gilles Chabrier, the bar counter is a genuine masterpiece, meticulously shaped from sandblasted raw glass and polished entirely by hand. "I drew inspiration from a small spring located on Mont d'Arbois, completely frozen in winter. I started with the image of this frozen waterfall on a prominent rock to create a deconstructed sculptural bar, imbued with the natural spirit found throughout the Four Seasons Hotel Megève"explains Gilles Chabrier. The presence of rocks gives rise to darker, shadowy regions, inspiring renowned cabinetmaker Steven Leprizé to explore the harmonious interplay between ice and stone. The wooden components bring a functional and inviting touch, creating a unique and captivating work imbued with the soul of Megève.

Open daily from 4pm, the Glass Bar is the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon tea, a glass of fine wine, a tailor-made drink or a timeless cocktail in an intimate, welcoming setting. In peak season, including the festive season and February holidays, live music entertainment further adds to the ambience.
