Faction & Parent Co Full Stack Supply Adds To Sales And Ops Teams, New Denver Based Logistics Provider
Faction Skis and FW parent Full Stack Supply Co. (FSSC) is underscoring its commitment to retail partners by adding veteran depth to its sales and operations teams, and also implementing a new Denver-based logistics provider.
Recent appointments include Pete Cahill as Northeast & Midwest Sales Manager. Pete comes to FSSC with rich sales experience, having boosted growth for a number of top industry brands including Black Crows; Canada Goose; DB Equipment; Dynafit; Picture Organic Clothing.
Also, Matt Henry as Western Canada Sales Manager. As an independent rep, Matt represented industry staples like Blizzard Tecnica; Elan; Dalbello; Flylow Gear. He played an instrumental role in growing these companies’ sales, dealer base and market penetration in British Columbia.
The addition of these sales veterans complements the February onboarding of Frances Silva, North American Operations Manager, who spearheads B2B communications and logistics. Frances brings a wealth of experience in the outdoor sports sector to the FSSC family, including leadership roles in retail, sales and project management with Athleta Inc.
Furthermore, Austin Bergstrom joins FSSC as Retail Partner Success and AR Lead. Austin joins FSSC having served in accounting, operations and customer care roles with Jiberish and also Symbia Logistics — coincidentally, FSSC’s new partner.
FSSC has partnered with Denver-based Symbia for its 3PL services. In Canada, FSSC maintains its relationship with A52 in Surrey, BC. FSSC’s dedicated team in North America is committed to order fulfillment and retail partner success for product distribution and delivery. The team includes 8 experienced individuals dedicated to the success of the company’s brick & mortar retail partners.
FSSC posted 38 percent growth in N.A. in 19|20, even as COVID-19 brought the season to an early and abrupt close. The company expects to post growth and claim market share in the year ahead despite the challenging business conditions.
Faction Skis has invested heavily in a production shift to world-class factories; 90% of its 20|21 collection is made by Austrian production partners — 100% planned for 21|22. This shift also gave Faction the chance to update every single Faction model in the past two years, making the 20|21 fleet one of the freshest in the industry.
