Elevate Outdoor Collective Appoints 2 Senior Positions Simultaneously

Standing still is going backwards. And while Elevate Outdoor Collective considers its internal structures as comprising a stable system, it also works to keep this system dynamic. With this in mind, the company responds to the specific requirements of the future – now specifically by setting the course for the expansion of the marketing team.

Effective immediately, Max Anselstetter will take on the role of Director of Marketing for the entire Elevate Outdoor Collective brand portfolio in Europe. His area of responsibility includes restructuring the existing team and increasing the number of employees, with the aim of being able to better understand outdoor consumers and serve their needs. Mr Anselstetter works closely with Jon Roy, Chief Marketing Officer at the headquarters in Seattle, USA, who has recently moved from Converse to Elevate Outdoor Collective.

Andreas Threimer has been appointed Commercial Director EOC Snowboard Brands in the sales area. K2 Snowboarding and RIDE Snowboards are two brands in the snowboarding sector that are on a growth course and, with Threimer, are benefitting from the support of a real enthusiast. Like his long-time colleague Stefan Stankalla, who has recently taken on the role of Commercial Director EOC Ski & Boot Brands, Threimer can also celebrate a very active career. Both report to General Manager Peter Kuba, who is the commercial leader of Elevate Outdoor Collective in Europe.
