Elan Donates Kids’ Skis For Almost Ten Years

Elan is a socially responsible company, and they firmly believe that there is a skier inside everyone. That is why they pass on the knowledge and joy of skiing to the coming generations through innovative products and various activities.

They help to assure the development of skiing culture and maintenance of skiing tradition. Over the last nine years, Elans has  donated 120 pairs of kids' skis to primary schools, some even made their way to Germany. Elan delights a different school every year with ten pairs of kids’ skis equipped with innovative U-Flex technology. Over the last nine years, they  have donated 120 pairs of kids' skis to primary schools.

In December Elan visited the Slovenian Štajerska region. The Headmaster of the Primary School thanked Elan for the donation and for promoting outdoor sports activities.

Elan has been actively involved in a number of socially responsible projects in Slovenia for many years. This is one of the ways in which Elan pursuea a mission to give an opportunity to as many children as possible for a unique skiing experience and to encourage them to spend their free time with friends and family on the snowy slopes. The skis  donated are more flexible than comparable skis thanks to the special technology, allowing children to make effortless turns for more fun on the snow
