East West Hospitality, an award-winning management company and operator of luxury short-term vacation rental properties and resorts across America, today announced that the company has been selected to manage three new Colorado properties – 4th Street Crossing, Summit Blue and Aidan on the Blue. Located in picturesque Summit County, these three new concepts blend mountain adventure with high-end hospitality,. With deep roots in the Mountain West and over 35 years of experience, the acquisition of three new concepts in Colorado further solidifies East West Hospitality as a hospitality services industry leader.
4th Street Crossing will serve as the focal point of Silverthorne within Summit County, revitalizing the heart of the downtown area with new living and travel options, eateries and entertainment. Silverthorne’s center will include the new 111-room Hotel Indigo, a flourishing market hall, dubbed Blue Bird, spotlighting 12 of Colorado’s top restauranters and purveyors, local artwork, a calendar of community events, and a residential complex, aptly named 4th Street Crossing, which will offer 33 luxury townhomes and 24 condominiums.
Summit Blue sits perched on the banks of Colorado’s iconic Blue River. Tailored for privacy, romance and a deep connection with the land, Aidan on the Blue is a gateway to a selection of outdoor experiences, golf courses and lakes, as well as just minutes away from storied ski towns among the likes of Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone and Vail.
