Doppelmayr Group At Interalpin 2025

At the 25th edition of the INTERALPIN trade show in Innsbruck from May 6 to 9, 2025, the Doppelmayr Group will once again be showcasing its latest innovations.
The ropeway experts are presenting many further developments from a wide range of disciplines. Visitors can look forward to information on AURO, ESFOR, Connect and the latest digital services in the area of customer support as well as clair. Custom cabin fittings from highlight projects round off the experience on the exhibition stand.
Comfortable: Cabin experiences
Visitors to the Doppelmayr Group stand at INTERALPIN 2025 will be given a unique foretaste of some of the latest ropeway highlights. They will be able to take a seat in the STELLA from Hoch-Ybrig (CHE) or discover the exceptional fittings of the urban OMEGA V-10 XL, which will soon be part of the public transport network in the Paris metropolitan area (FRA). The ATRIA cabin for Canazei (ITA) is set to attract everybody’s attention, and a touch of world record can be experienced in the cabin belonging to Schilthornbahn AG (CHE).
Integrated: Connect Cabin
With Connect, Doppelmayr has created the technical basis for a connected ropeway system that enables the integrated control of numerous functions. In addition to the line and the stations, a major focus is naturally on the cabin. This is where Connect Cabin comes into its own. Functions such as communications, lighting, ventilation, and infotainment features offer a host of customization options aimed at creating top comfort, efficiency and safety for the operating company. Visitors to the Doppelmayr stand will have the opportunity to be inspired by the range of different configurations.
Autonomous: AURO success concept
With AURO (Autonomous Ropeway Operation), the autonomous operating system for ropeways, the Doppelmayr Group launched an industry milestone onto the market. More and more customers are opting for this visionary technology. The experience gained from numerous projects feeds into the system’s continuous development.
Energy-efficient: ESFOR
ESFOR (Energy Storage System For Ropeways) enables the better use of self-generated electricity and therefore reduces dependence on power from the grid. The recuperation, intermediate storage and subsequent reuse of braking energy makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the system as a whole. At the same time, ESFOR optimizes the power consumption of the ropeway and enables an emergency drive concept without diesel generator. Visitors to the Doppelmayr Group stand can explore the possibilities the system has to offer with the aid of function simulations.
Customer-oriented: Next-level service
With increased transparency and efficiency as well as enhanced communication with the customer support team, the redesigned Doppelmayr customer portal marks a milestone in collaboration. The area of customer training has also seen a host of new developments. Doppelmayr digital training makes ropeway know-how available any time, any place – simple, efficient and up to the minute.
Operation and maintenance: clair resort management
As a digital assistant, clair provides support for operation and maintenance management in a resort. This platform solution brings together the infrastructure of a resort in one place and gives operating companies the tools for boosting the reliability and availability of their installations. Insights and an outlook on how clair makes planning the next inspection period a whole lot more convenient awaits visitors to the Doppelmayr Group stand.
New features: The Connect control system
Connect is the reliable control system from the Doppelmayr Group. It offers many functional benefits and focuses on the needs of users with its intuitive and clearly laid out user interface for operating the ropeway. With a harmonized operating concept across the entire product range, the control system experts are also presenting new functions that enable efficient and sustainable ropeway operations.
Summer operation: Bike transport
The Doppelmayr Bike Cab, the most elegant way to transport bicycles on a gondola lift, will be making its debut on the trade fair stand. Up to eight bikes can be carried in one Bike Cab – and visitors will be able to see for themselves how that’s actually done. The Bike Clip for chairlifts will also be available for testing. This allows bike attachment and removal with a few simple hand movements.
