Julia Demichelis: New Executive Chef at Hotel Barrière Les Neiges

Chef Julia Demichelis takes the piano in the kitchens of Fouquet's and BFire by Mauro Colagreco where she manages the score in collaboration with Pierre Gagnaire and Mauro Colagreco.

With nearly 15 years of experience acquired alongside the most famous chefs in gastronomy, she is setting out to conquer the Alps to offer guests of Les Neiges subtle and gourmet dishes.

The Seven King, the royal bar

A festive bar par excellence with a sophisticated vintage decoration, the Seven Kings is the new place of the Maison °Fahrenheit Seven.
