Change Of Management At Kassbohrer
With effect from September 30, 2020, there will be a change in the management board of Laupheimer Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG. After 19 years in the company, Alexander Schöllhorn is moving to another Laupheim company for personal reasons. He will be succeeded by Steffen Kaiser, who can fall back on years of experience not only in the financial sector.
Mr. Schöllhorn is leaving the company on September 30, 2020 to take on a new professional challenge.
The 53-year-old joined the company on April 1, 2001 as an authorized signatory for finance and administration. In 2006 he was appointed interim director for the outgoing CFO for a few months. In 2007, Mr. Schöllhorn was appointed a full member of the Board of Management. Since then, he and Jens Rottmair, spokesman for the board, have put the company on a solid footing and have implemented numerous acquisition projects very successfully. During his time as CFO, the company developed excellently. Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG also faced considerable challenges, particularly during the financial crisis in 2009 and the following period. During this phase, Mr. Schöllhorn was a support for the entire company.
On September 1st, 2020, Steffen Kaiser will succeed him. The 43-year-old Steffen Kaiser, a business graduate and Master of Law (LL.M.), has many years of experience in a commercial management position in an international manufacturing company. Most recently, he worked for the JENOPTIK Group as CFO of the Light & Production (process automation) division. He will take over the areas of finance, controlling, reporting, taxes, legal & compliance, IT and human resources from Alexander Schöllhorn.
Steffen Kaiser is married and lives in Reutlingen. He is looking forward to Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG. His goal is to develop a future strategy based on shared values and to implement it together with the employees using modern methods. He wants to convince all stakeholders of the company in change processes, take them along and above all motivate them.
Digital transformation is part of everyday life for Mr. Kaiser. He draws on a wide range of experiences such as business process management and SAP implementation, digitization of processes in the financial sector and from a CIO position, and will bring these to Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG.
Together with Jens Rottmair and the entire management team, the topics of the future will be further developed and the implementation of the digitization strategy pushed forward.
With the change in the management board, the topics of IT and digitization will have a stronger focus in the company.
The Supervisory Board of Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG explicitly thanks Alexander Schöllhorn for his commitment and the successful work he has done for Kässbohrer Geländefahrzeug AG over the past 19 years. The Supervisory Board, Management Board and employees wish him every success in his new role at the Laupheim-based company Uhlmann Pac Systeme.
