Bogus Basin Celebrates 100-Inch Base Depth With Spring Break Snowstorm

Bogus Basin has reached an exciting milestone with a snow base now measuring 100 inches. Guests at the area are enjoying some of the best snow conditions of the season, with nearly 3 feet of fresh snow falling in the past week.

March is traditionally a month of continued snow build-up in the region. According to forecasts, up to 19 additional inches could accumulate by Saturday evening.

Bogus Basin was recently highlighted in SKI Magazine, which touted the non-profit’s Spring Season Pass as one of the best deals for spring skiing in the U.S.

Spring passes are now available for purchase, starting at just $139 for adults, or $379 for an entire family.

Guests can also take advantage of the last week of night skiing this weekend. Operations continue until 10:00 PM on Saturday, March 22nd.

Bogus Basin will remain open through mid to late April, conditions permitting, giving snow enthusiasts plenty of time to enjoy the mountain.

“Spring is the perfect time to try skiing or snowboarding, thanks to the amazing weather, soft snow, and easy access. With options like the Spring Passport Lesson Program or a season pass, it’s an ideal time for new users to hit the slopes.”
