Boarding For Breast Cancer Returns To Waterville Valley For 14th Year
Boarding For Breast Cancer (B4BC) will return to Waterville Valley for the 14th year in a row on February 1st and 2nd. This is the longest running B4BC event. Over the past 14 years, Waterville Valley Resort has raised $65,000 for this event B4BC’s education and prevention programs and young survivor retreats.
The event features a Pink Poker Run and Tribute Ride on Saturday, February 1st and a raffle with 100% of the proceeds going towards B4BC’s educational, prevention, and survivorship programs. Registration for the Pink Poker Run is $25 per person. Register Here to fundraise or register on site from 8am - 10am in the Base Lodge on Saturday, February 1st. Raffle tickets can be purchased in the Sunroom of the Base Lodge all weekend long for $2 each, or 6 for $10. Raffle winners will be drawn on Sunday, February 2nd at 3pm. Prizes include helmets, outerwear, snowboards, skis, and more! Raffle participants do not need to be present to win.

To help contribute to the event, look for Pam Turner, who is also a breast cancer survivor. She'll be located in the Base Lodge wearing a giant, fancy hat. Every year Pam raises about $5k in the two days during this event and is single handedly our top fundraiser.
Boarding 4 Breast Cancer is a non-profit, youth-focused education, awareness, and fundraising foundation. B4BC’s mission is to increase awareness about breast cancer, the importance of early detection and the value of an active lifestyle.
