Beijing 2022 - Former World Rookie Tour Champions Have Won 4 Medals

Olympics are over and ex rookies and former World Rookie Tour Champions have conquered 4 medals and 24 spots in snowboard and freeski finals. In addition, they had miscalculated in the last PR: from World Rookie Tour events in the last years, the Black Yeti accompanied to the Olympics more than 50 athletes in snowboard and freeski competitions! A great pride for all, a great recognition for those who have made the future of these young rippers its mission.

The Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games gave us important results, Olympic snowboard medals and excellent placings. In chronological order:

  • Sena Tomita, Japan, Bronze in Beijing 2022 female half pipe, WRT HP Champ 2017
  • Jan Scherrer, Swiss, Bronze in Beijing 2022 male half pipe, WRT Grom Champ 2007
  • Kokomo Murase, Japan, Bronze in Beijing 2022 female big air, WRT Champ 2017 and 2018
  • Mons Roisland, Norway, Silver in Beijing 2022 male big air, WRT Champ 2015

It has been great following you all from the very early stage of your career until these great achievements. Thank you all!
