From traditional alpine classics with a twist to mountain comfort food, Paradiso’s unmissable culinary moments have been carefully crafted by Badrutt’s Palace Hotel’s talented chefs, Maxime Luvara and Loris Di Santo and are all served with a side of panoramic Alpine views. Menu highlights include the Paradiso crudité basket to share, Panzanella salad with heirloom tomatoes and apple-cider vinaigrette, Swiss beef tartare with pommes allumettes, and grilled sole fillet with herbs, sautéed asparagus, artichokes and Roseval potatoes. When it comes to sweet tooth cravings, guests will be delighted to learn of Paradiso’s partnership with the iconic Hotel Sacher in Vienna to offer freshly made Sacher cakes and indulgent Viennese coffee specialties.
