Award-Winning Chef Richard Rauch Develops Dishes For The Alpine Pastures Of Schladming-Dachstein

After a successful project start in June 2019, the Almkulinarik is now available in summer and winter. In the summer of 2022 you can enjoy high-class award-winning cuisine at various huts in Schladming-Dachstein.

The star chef Richard Rauch - known in Germany from the TV cooking show "Kitchen Battle" - develops a special alpine dish together with the hut hosts. The innkeepers will then offer their dish in their hut throughout the summer. Richard Rauch guarantees that the dishes will be extraordinary and extraordinarily good, after all he has been awarded a Gault Millau toque since 2006 and was declared Chef of the Year in 2014 with 17 out of a possible 20 points.
