Athletes Return To Snow Across Europe

Even though it's summer and most people are flocking to the beach or indulging in warm-weather activities, the world of alpine skiing is already heating up on the snow.

Les Deux Alpes has become the center of this off-season, welcoming numerous national teams eager to resume their training on the glacier.

The renowned French resort has hosted teams from France, Italy, Croatia and Canada. But Les Deux Alpes isn't the only ski resort; teams have also chosen locations in Switzerland, Austria, and Norway to make their snow comebacks this summer.

French Teams Reignite Training on Home Snow

The French women's team, led by Romane Miradoli, has been sharpening their skills at Les Deux Alpes.

They were joined by the French men's team, featuring athletes such as Clément Noël and Cyprien Sarazzin.

The familiar terrain of Les Deux Alpes offers these athletes a comfortable environment to focus on their preparations for the upcoming season.

Italian Squad Joins the Action

Both the men’s and women’s teams from Italy have also been training in Les Deux Alpes.

Alpine Canada Crosses the Atlantic

In a significant move, Alpine Canada has traveled all the way to France, selecting Les Deux Alpes as their training base.

Braathen Chooses the Matterhorn

Filip Zubcic has been seen honing his skills in Saas-Fee by doing a lot of technical exercices.

Meanwhile, the talented duo of Leona Popović and Zrinka Ljutić have also joined the ski resort at Les Deux Alpes.

Comebacks on Snow After Injuries

The skiing world is happy with the return of several star athletes who have made their way back to the slopes after significant injuries.

Italian star Sofia Goggia has returned to training following a major injury that sidelined her last winter. Her comeback on snow is a critical step toward regaining her top form. Goggia was all smiles as she returned to her favorite activity, showcasing her determination and passion.

Norwegian skier Aleksander Aamodt Kilde, who suffered a dramatic crash in Wengen resulting in a shoulder injury and a calf cut, has made a remarkable recovery. Recently spotted enjoying turns at an indoor ski resort in Norway, Kilde's progress indicates that his full comeback is well on its way, with hopes of a strong performance this winter.

Adding to the positive news, fellow Norwegian Maria Tviberg has also made her return to snow at the same facility, marking another inspiring recovery in the alpine skiing community.
