ARENA Awarded BGF Seal Of Quality

“We are only as good as our employees!” Under this motto, the Salzburg company ARENA has taken extensive measures to ensure a healthy working environment as part of its company health promotion program. For this reason, ARENA received the BGF seal of approval for the first time at the end of February, making it officially one of those companies for which appreciation and health care for their employees are top priority.

As part of company health promotion (BGF), ARENA was able to create a working environment last year that promotes and improves both the physical and psychological well-being of employees in the long term. For the successful implementation of individual measures to improve team health, the company was officially awarded the BGF seal of approval at the ORF regional studio in Salzburg at the end of February. This is valid until 2026 and will be extended to a further three years as the measures are further developed.

Specifically, as part of our individual company health promotion, all meetings were moved to Mondays wherever possible in order to have the rest of the week free to focus on the essentials. ARENA has also created new and ergonomic work options at its headquarters in Wals-Siezenheim that allow team members to be productive while sitting or standing, alone or in a group.

However, ARENA places the greatest emphasis on sport – not only in daily work, but also as a beneficial form of relaxation. The company sets a sporting tone in everyday working life with weekly runs and yoga sessions and the workforce regularly takes part in various company runs and triathlons with full motivation. Of course - how could it be otherwise - the ARENA team goes skiing together at every opportunity.
